Transfer to "Gare de Lyon" for a TGV train to Dole, in the Jura region.

 

Our first contact with Jura wines will be at Jacques Tissot cellars. Winegrower and winemaker Philippe Tissot production offers a large variety of wines, from cremant to the famous vin jaune. 

Dinner at the Pontarlier bistro in Port Lesnay and night at the Hotel de Paris,  Jean Paul Jeunet's house in Arbois, our home for two nights.

Jean Paul Jeunet: 2 star Michelin, 17/20 in the Gault Millau, 3 star in the Bottin Gourmand, etc... We are in good hands!
