Yves Cuilleron's produces Condrieu (100% Viognier) Cote-Rotie (syrah and Viognier for 20% maximum)and Saint-Joseph (Syrah for the reds, Marsanne and Roussanne for the whites), Seyssuel, a wine which diseapead in the 19th.cnetury and is now recreated on the same terroir by Cuilleron (Syrah and Viognier). All reaching the highest levels. Finally, we will end this trip at the Domain De Poncin*. Francois Villard a chef by trade dropped everything for his passion: the wine.
