Arrival in Koblenz Visit one of the oldest cities in Germany on your own: Jesuitenplatz (former Jesuit's college , now the town hall, and the famous Schangelbrunnen, a fountain evoking the mischievous characters of Mainz street urchins. The Liebfraukirche is a 13C Roman church enticed and modified up to the 17C. Citadel: The original 10C fortress, after being destroyed by the French in 1799 was rebuild by the Prussians between1816 and 1832. |

Peterskirche (church of St. Peter), Wernerkapelle (ruin of Werner chapel) Liebesturm (tower of love). The market place of this charming town is surrounded by many half-timbered houses. Among them, the famous "Old house" and the "Kurpfalzische Munze" where gold and silver money was minted in the middle ages. Visit and tasting at the Toni Jost wienery.
